Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises all levels of unit personnel on assigned shifts and adjusts staff schedules based on departmental needs.
• Coordinates care with nursing and medical personnel to develop individual patient care plans.
• Addresses patient, family and staff concerns promptly and informs nurse managers of unit activity needs.
• Communicates effectively and collaborates with others to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Leads the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and mentors staff.
