Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support the Nurse Manager in achieving excellence in clinical quality, safety, and service. This leadership role functions as staff nurse or relief charge nurse as needed and leads on the assigned unit.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, align with the health system’s vision, values, and mission, and participate in unit budgeting and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of nursing experience required
• Current CPR certification required
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas
• National certification in specialty area or will obtain within one year
