Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Nurse Manager to lead clinical quality, safety and service.
• Coordinate hiring, training, evaluation and discharge on the unit.
• Manage unit budget planning and patient experience initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and act as relief charge as needed.
