Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX, seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to assist the Nurse Manager in achieving excellence in clinical quality, safety, and service. This role acts as a staff nurse and relief charge as needed on the assigned unit.

The ANM must hold a BSN, BLS, and current Texas nursing license, with national certification in a specialty or plan to obtain within one year; minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 3 years of nursing experience

Responsabilités

• Assist the Nurse Manager to achieve excellence in clinical quality, safety and service
• Function as staff nurse or relief charge nurse on the assigned unit as needed
• Assume nursing leadership role as delegated by the Nurse Manager
