Job summary

Methodist Health System in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to partner with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical quality, safety, and service excellence on the assigned unit.

The ANM will function as a staff nurse or relief charge nurse as needed, lead staff development, participate in budgeting and patient experience initiatives, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• BSN required.
• 3 years nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas.
• National certification in specialty area or will obtain within one year.
