Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Nursing Leadership Team. The ANM will lead assigned units, manage staffing and budgets, and collaborate with physicians and nurse leaders to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include coordinating care delivery, advancing professional practice, and ensuring regulatory readiness while supporting nursing governance and unit performance goals.

Competenze

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• National certification in clinical or leadership specialty within 2 years of hire.
• Associates Degree; BSN must be pursued within 6 months and completed within 3 years.
