Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a Nurse Manager for OR to provide 24/7 nursing leadership, budget responsibility, and clinical governance for a surgical unit. The NM will supervise nursing and ancillary staff, ensure staffing and supplies, and coordinate care pathways while maintaining high quality patient care.

Leadership abilities, budgetary acumen, and strong communication are essential, along with proficiency in EHR and clinical patient care support.

Formación

• RN licensure in Georgia is required.
• Educational requirement: BSN or MSN.
• Professional certification in a clinical or leadership specialty within two years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors quality of care on their unit(s) and oversees patient care delivery.
• Leads daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and resource management.
• Coaches and evaluates staff, and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintains visibility and accessibility to staff, physicians, and patients/customers.
