Qualifications

• BSN in progress or commitment to complete within three years.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in the relevant specialty or equivalent.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and unit operations to support throughput and patient flow.
• Ensure quality and safety outcomes and maintain staff competency.
• Support hiring processes and implement clinical and staff corrective actions as needed.
• Assist the Nurse Manager in planning and evaluating nursing care delivery and department activities.
