The candidate must hold an RN license in NJ, have 3+ years of recent nursing experience in the relevant specialty, and pursue BSN within three years.

Qualifications

• RN license in NJ
• Nursing degree (Associate/Diploma) required
• BSN in progress or willing to pursue within 3 years
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in specialty or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and unit throughput to support patient flow
• Lead nursing teams and collaborate with Nurse Manager on clinical practice
• Oversee quality, safety, and staff competency; participate in hiring and corrective actions
• Support decision-making and implementation of nursing practice improvements
