Required are an RN license in Florida (or compact state), an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and 3 years RN plus 2 years supervisory experience. Certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS and NIH Stroke Scale are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of nursing unit or department.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to nursing staff.

• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of nursing staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling and coverage.
• Lead nurse leader rounds on patients and team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and participate in quality initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff questions and concerns.
