Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred; not a condition of employment for those who started before Nov 1, 2024).
• Washington Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers across assigned shifts.
• Support director/manager in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating unit services.
• Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements; coach and mentor staff.
