The ideal candidate holds a RN license in New Jersey, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 3–5 years of related experience; Master’s degree preferred. BLS certification within one year of hire is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or closely related field; Master's degree preferred.
Three to five years of previous work related experience.
Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey.
Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) within one year of hire.
Analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles to solve problems.

Responsibilities

Oversee 24/7 operation of a nursing unit through staffing, resource management, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Senior Administration to develop and implement strategic plans and meet short and long term goals.
