Job summary
Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Nurse Tutor – Part Time to support Direct Entry Masters Prelicensure students in core nursing courses through individual and small-group tutoring, in person or via Microsoft Teams. You will reinforce pathophysiology, pharmacology, and medical-surgical concepts and collaborate with faculty to align review materials with course objectives.

Qualifications
- MSN degree completed with nursing focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience tutoring or teaching in nursing.
- Ability to tailor teaching to different learning styles.
Responsibilities
- Consult with students to identify tutoring needs and provide resources.
- Conduct in-person or virtual tutoring sessions for core nursing courses.
- Support understanding and application of course material.
- Help students develop study skills and test-taking strategies.
- Meet with students at scheduled times and coordinate with faculty.
- Provide exam preparation guidance and study resources.
