Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an approved LPN or RN accredited program in good standing with a clinical component.
• Licensed Nurse Technician Registration in the State of Washington.
• Must maintain active CPR/BLS during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Take vital signs and document data for patient records.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene and toileting needs.
• Contribute to a safe and clean environment and stock supplies.
• Communicate patient status with supervising RN and coordinate with care team.
• Provide information and support to patients and families.

Education

Enrolled in approved LPN/RN program with clinical component

CPR/BLS certification
