Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Nurse Technician to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in Washington. You will assist residents with ADLs, support dressing changes, and perform treatments within your training scope while following state regulations.

You will join a caring team dedicated to safe, respectful, and high-quality resident care. The role requires CPR certification, eligibility in a WA nursing program, and weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an approved nursing program or recent graduate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Must meet Washington State Nursing Technician requirements and be registered when applicable.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Perform basic treatments and procedures as permitted by training and regulations.
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet resident needs.
