Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required

Lakeview Health Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Nurse Technicians to join our Long‑Term Care team. This role is ideal for nursing students who want meaningful hands‑on experience while contributing to exceptional resident care.
As a Nurse Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, person‑centered care. You’ll support daily clinical tasks, assist with medications and treatments, and help ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents.
Assist with individualized care plans
Communicate resident needs and observations to the RN
Follow safety, infection control, and resident rights standards
Support a respectful, collaborative, and service‑focused environment
Current nursing student (RN or LPN track) with completed pharmacology/medication administration course
Active CNA on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
Ability to maintain passing grades in nursing courses
Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and excellent service
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
Supportive RN supervision and mentorship
Real‑world clinical experience in long‑term care
