Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in and completed the first semester of an accredited Nursing Program or current Oklahoma CNA licensure in Long Term Care.
• Must successfully pass and complete each semester including clinical and theory classes they are enrolled in.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competence in assembling and operating equipment for patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Keeps appropriate people aware of pertinent changes or problems in patient condition.
• Participates in planned education for the patient per Patient/Family Education policy with consideration of developmental differences.
• Reports variances according to risk management processes of UHS.
