Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license by Pennsylvania Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and advance people, processes and support direct or indirect patient care.
• Supervise daily operations of the assigned department and frontline staff.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, assignments and throughput as needed.
• Participate in performance management and reviews.
• Ensure daily adherence to regulatory requirements and drive team results.
• Implement departmental plans identified by nurse leaders.
