Job summary

Park Avenue in Arlington, MA is seeking an RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead and oversee our nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety across shifts. The role requires strong clinical leadership, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach to residents and staff alike.

The Charge Nurse will coordinate with CNAs, CMTs, and other care team members, conduct care audits, and mentor staff to maintain compliance with care standards while prioritizing resident

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.
• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
