American Medical Administrators MGMT Company in Fall River, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse Charge Nurse - Supervisor to oversee the behavioral unit, support CNAs, CMTs, and hall monitors, and ensure compassionate, high‑quality resident care.

This role requires an active RN license, strong nursing knowledge, the ability to work under pressure, and to mentor staff, perform audits, and supervise medication passes under the DON’s guidance.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.
