Sarah S Brayton Healthcare Center in Fall River, MA is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Charge Nurse - Supervisor. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and manage a high-stress behavioral unit with a positive approach.

• Ensure resident safety and dignity while promoting quality care.

We are currently seeking a RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.
