The role requires an RN license, a nursing degree, and prior supervisory experience. You will coordinate staffing, monitor patient care, mentor nurses, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the PM shift.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations and ensure appropriate staffing and assignments.

• Respond to changes in patient conditions and clinical emergencies.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives.
• Conduct shift-to-shift communication and ensure continuity of care.
• Serve as a leadership resource for staff throughout the PM shift.
