Patient First in Feasterville-Trevose, PA is hiring a Nurse Supervisor-RN to oversee patient care from admission to discharge and supervise clinical staff. The role includes scheduling Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants, managing medicines inventory, and acting as a Hospital/Center representative in the director's absence.

Strong communication and supervisory skills required. Experience with medication administration and clerical duties is preferred; 18+ and PA RN license required.

Qualifications

• Must have PA RN licensure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keyboarding experience required.
• One year of clerical experience preferred.
• One year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the medical care of all patients from registration to departure.
• Supervise clinical personnel on patient contact, care, and performance.
• Schedule Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants.
• Review and supervise inventory of medicines, prescriptions, and supplies.
• Act as Patient First representative in the Director of Medical Support and Medical Director's absence.
• Function as an administrator and work as a Staff Nurse as needed.
• Review all checklists of Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants.
• Prepare written and verbal evaluations for Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants at appropriate times.
• Provide positive, warm, and friendly customer service in all interactions.
• Foster teamwork and a professional atmosphere.
• Complete other duties as directed.
