Spring Meadows A Villa Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor RN to join their team! The Nurse Supervisor RN provides leadership and oversight to nursing staff during non-business hours, ensuring appropriate staffing, workflow, and quality patient care. It involves acting as the highest on-site authority after-hours, making timely decisions, resolving clinical challenges, and maintaining care standards. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, administrative tasks, coordination with other departments, and support for staff development.
