St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT is seeking an experienced Patient Care Administrative Nurse Supervisor. This RN will supervise nursing units on a shift, ensure delivery of care per standards, and drive quality improvement while maintaining patient flow.

The role requires a BSN, CT RN license, and leadership experience; BLS certification is also required. This position offers opportunities across hospital departments within Hartford HealthCare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• 3 years of acute Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Nursing or supervisory/leadership experience.
• Active Registered Nurse license from the State of Connecticut is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) credentialed from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and monitor Nursing department(s) on an assigned shift.
• Ensure delivery of direct and indirect patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Foster continuous quality improvement to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Provide leadership for multiple hospital departments in the absence of management.
