Scarlet Oaks Assisted Living in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. You will mentor staff, coordinate resident care, and promote a resident-centered culture.

As Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, document accurately, and support the care team while maintaining quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license required.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in Assisted Living / Long-Term Care / Senior Living preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff, caregivers, and medication aides during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate and oversee resident care services.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately and timely.
• Assist in managing staffing assignments and workflow.
• Provide coaching, education, and leadership to nursing team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain compliance with Assisted Living regulations and policies.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment.

• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently while supporting team success

• CPR Certification preferred
