Scarlet Oaks Assisted Living in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. You will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, provide mentorship, and ensure high-quality resident care within a supportive environment.

You will coordinate resident care, supervise staff, and collaborate with physicians and families while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred.
• Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, or Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team success.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff, caregivers, and medication aides during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate and oversee resident care services.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately and timely.
