Scarlet Oaks Assisted Living in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. You will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a positive, resident-centered culture.

The ideal candidate has an active Ohio LPN license, prior supervisory experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, or Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff, caregivers, and medication aides during assigned shifts
• Coordinate and oversee resident care services
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately and timely
• Assist in managing staffing assignments and workflow
• Provide coaching, education, and leadership to nursing team members
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with Assisted Living regulations and company policies
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
• Assist with quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment
