Rydal Park, a HumanGood community in Jenkintown, PA, is hiring an LPN Supervisor (Full-time) to lead Wellness & Home Care teams. The role ensures comprehensive nursing care and adherence to the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

Shift: 11:00a-7:00p, Monday-Friday with every other weekend. Salary: $32-$34 per hour based on experience. PA license and CPR required; supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state where applying.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in home care senior care setting is preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total nursing care for residents.
• Perform nursing evaluations and assessments.

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring an LPN Supervisor Full-time to join our Wellness & Home Care Care teams!

The LPN Supervisor is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

Shift: Preferred hours are 11:00a-7:00p, Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend

Salary rate: $32 - $34 per hour depending on experience

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LPN or RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in home care senior care setting, preferred
• Prior supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Home Care regulations
