Job summary

KARCHERSNF in is seeking an RN to supervise daily nursing activities during the shift at our Idaho facility. You will ensure care complies with federal, state, and local standards and coordinate with DON/ADON as applicable to maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 2 years in long-term care, and strong leadership, policy adherence, and communication skills. This is an on-site nursing leadership position in Idaho.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with a nursing degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Assist in directing day-to-day functions of the nursing service department.
