Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Nursing Service Procedures Manual and related policies.
• Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and medical records for residents.
• Oversee medication administration and ensure narcotics handling follows policy.
• Supervise nursing staff, plan shifts, and coordinate care with other departments.
