POINT LOOKOUT NURSING & REHAB in Hollister, MO seeks a Nurse Supervisor to join our care team. The role involves directing and supervising resident care plan implementation, coordinating unit services, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• MUST have RN/LPN license and nursing program accreditation.
• 1+ year in long-term care with supervisory exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise resident care plan implementation and safety measures.
• Coordinate services on units to maintain a homelike atmosphere for residents.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct rounds, ensure respectful resident care.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation and incident reporting.
• Assist in staffing decisions and provide education and support to nursing staff.
