Minimum RN licensure is required with a BSN preferred; ACLS and CRRN credentials should be obtained within the first year. Leadership and teamwork are essential to drive patient-centered care.

• ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of eligibility.
