Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will oversee nursing care, guide staff, and ensure seamless implementation of care procedures to deliver compassionate, individualized patient journeys.

The role emphasizes collaboration with administration and nursing management to maintain high standards of care, staff development, and patient outcomes in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent inpatient hospital experience within last 5 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure required by state regulations; BLS/ACLS/CRRN where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, including feedback, evaluations, and performance counseling.
