Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS within 12 months of starting.
• CRRN certification within 1 year of eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of inpatient hospital experience (last 5 years).
• Previous leadership role with accountability for patient and staff results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on a unit.
• Monitor and manage staff with feedback, evaluations and discipline when needed.
• Provide patient care as needed and build relationships addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
