Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Morgantown seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams in delivering high-quality rehabilitation care. You will oversee care plans, coordinate with administrators and clinicians, and ensure adherence to procedures that support patient recovery.

The role emphasizes leadership in a collaborative, compassionate setting with a focus on staff development, ongoing patient assessment, and daily operations to optimize outcomes.

Qualificações

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS within one year of starting position.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment and services during assigned shifts or units.
• Monitor staff performance with on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Provide patient-centered care and build relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and foster a positive team environment.
