Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Morgantown is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care and oversee patient rehabilitation programs. You will act as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, ensuring seamless procedures and compassionate, tailored care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required by state.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 1 year.
• CRRN certification within 1 year of eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a unit.
• Monitor and manage staff performance, including feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
• Provide patient care as needed and build therapeutic relationships to support recovery.
