Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Morgantown is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams on an inpatient rehab unit. You will oversee care delivery, ensure policy implementation, and collaborate with administration to support patient recovery.

This role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and compassionate, patient-centered care in a team-focused environment. The ideal candidate holds RN licensure, BLS/ACLS within one year, CRRN within a year, and has 2+ years of inpatient

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS within one year of starting position.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of inpatient hospital experience in the last five years.
• Previous leadership role (charge nurse/lead) with accountability for patient and staff results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment and services on assigned shifts or units.
• Monitor and manage staff, provide on-the-spot feedback, conduct annual evaluations, and administer performance counseling.
• Provide patient care when needed and build relationships to support recovery.
