Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure and maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care requirements on each unit by rounds across hospital areas.
• Ensure departmental staffing plans are implemented appropriately.
• Serve as a resource to staff for solving clinical problems.
• Provide immediate follow-up and documentation of incidents to managers.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as necessary.
• Interpret and ensure adherence to hospital and nursing policies.
