Job summary

Advanced Hiring System seeks an RN Supervisor to lead patient care operations in a healthcare setting in New York. You will oversee nursing staff, collaborate with physicians, and ensure high-quality care while supporting patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN licensure (BSN preferred but not required).
• Two years of experience in Long-Term Care or medical/surgical settings preferred; new RN grads welcome.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management and long-term planning of patient care
• Oversee staff and ensure high-quality patient care and services
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in patient care
