M2 Healthcare in New York is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, oversee a team of clinicians, and ensure high-quality resident care. This leadership role focuses on compliant, compassionate service and seamless coordination with other departments.

The RN Supervisor will schedule staff, monitor care plans, administer medications when required, document outcomes, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• RN license and current nursing registration.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to ensure complete resident care.
• Provide compassionate support to residents and families.
• Answer questions and requests from residents and staff.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment by applying regulations.
• Monitor confidentiality of resident information.
• Plan, organize, and direct nursing department activities.
• Coordinate services of nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as authorized.
• Conduct admission assessments and incident evaluations.
• Record resident responses to therapy as prescribed.
• Attend seminars and trainings to stay updated.
• Counsel staff and make referrals as needed.
• Transmit reports to oncoming RN supervisor.
• Report adverse conditions to DNS/Designee.
• Participate in committees related to interdisciplinary care.
• Oversee disciplinary actions as indicated.
