Job summary

Fairview Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Franklin, VA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to manage nursing care on the shift, ensure timely medication administration, and supervise staff in a long-term care setting.

You will ensure resident safety, confidentiality, and adherence to policies while coordinating with physicians and families. Valid Virginia RN license and CPR are required, with a strong emphasis on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RN license current in Virginia.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care for Residents with dignity and respect.
• Supervises CNAs and subordinate staff to ensure tasks are completed.
• Oversees direct care and nursing staff on shift.
• Deliveres and receives shift reports.
• Rounds to ensure safe, clean, and effective care.
• Keeps physicians and families informed of changes in condition.
• Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
• Documents care and maintains confidentiality.
