Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (BMNTC) is seeking a Nurse Supervisor I for third shift. You will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, provide direct nursing care when needed, and manage unit staffing.

Responsibilities include staff evaluations and incident investigations to maintain high-quality resident care. Qualifications include NC RN licensure and strong knowledge of nursing processes and medications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing process and development of resident care plans.
• Considerable knowledge of medications, dosages, effects, and contraindications.
• Knowledge of supervision and performance evaluation techniques.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Perform hands-on nursing care and assessments as needed.
• Create and maintain unit staffing schedules and adjust staffing as required.
• Investigate incidents, ensure quality of care, and monitor resident safety.
• Oversee new employee orientation and ensure competency.
