Job summary

Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and to supervise nursing assistants in a long‑term care community.

You will ensure quality care while adhering to federal, state, and local standards and regulations, with oversight from the RCC or Unit Manager. You will lead daily nursing activities, coordinate shifts with staff, review care plans, and report on the unit's performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in good standing.
• Ability to supervise nursing assistants and coordinate daily activities.
• Proficient in nursing documentation and charting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local regulations governing long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing care for residents.
