Trinity Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for MacNeal Hospital in Illinois. This part-time, 12-hour day shift role focuses on supervising nursing activities and maintaining adherence to Loyola Medicine policies to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Nursing, have 3–5 years of experience (6–10 preferred) and current RN licensure in Illinois with ACLS and BLS. The position includes weekend/holiday coverage and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience; 6-10 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing activities and personnel on assigned shift.
• Plan of care with the nursing staff across the life span to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document clearly and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
• Coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams to promote timely transitions.
• Promote quality improvement and professional development within the nursing team.
