Centerstone is seeking a Nursing Supervisor in Saint Louis, MO. The role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care, overseeing RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants while partnering with providers and leadership to ensure top-quality care and compliant operations.
The ideal candidate will lead staff development, coordinate workflows, and drive quality improvements within a mission-driven health system dedicated to community well-being.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as RN or LPN.
- Current Missouri nursing license in good standing.
- RN candidates: 2+ years in a physician office or outpatient setting preferred.
- LPN candidates: 3+ years in a physician office or outpatient setting preferred.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants to foster high-quality patient care.
- Deliver direct nursing care while assisting providers with exams, treatments, and procedures.
- Educate and counsel patients and families on healthcare needs and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate medical records retrieval.
- Coordinate departmental workflows for efficient operations and quality patient experiences.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop clinical staff; support engagement and retention.
