Merakey in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a full-time, onsite Drug & Alcohol Counselor for the 4th Street location. You will provide high-quality clinical services within MAT/MMT populations and collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support recovery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and is working toward licensure; experience in substance use treatment is preferred. This role offers strong benefits and a commitment to equitable care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, addictions studies or related field with counseling emphasis.
• Actively pursuing PCB credential (CAAC/CADC/CAADC/CCS) with licensure within 2–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for substance-use treatment.
• Maintain compliant client records; participate in supervision and case conferences.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support recovery goals.
