Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Registered Nurse to join an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Washington/Greene Counties. The RN will support rehabilitation, treatment, and crisis intervention under supervision, delivering person-centered services and coordinating care with psychiatrists.

The role requires PA RN licensure, 2 years in mental health settings, and strong organizational skills. Schedule includes M-F 8a-4:30p with one late shift weekly, plus rotating holidays and on-call/weekend

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and possess active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental illness.
• Valid PA driver's license.
• Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Earn: 41.27/hour + mileage

The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, supporting rehabilitation, treatment, and crisis intervention under clinical supervision. Responsibilities encompass delivering person-centered services, coordinating treatment activities, providing supportive interventions, and facilitating skill development. As part of the ACT team, the Registered Nurse assists psychiatrists in administrative tasks, ensures the flow of medical information, and provides medication education and management to clients.
