The role requires a SC RN license and a nursing degree, with leadership responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to patient care quality and staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina is required.
• Knowledge of nursing administration in a healthcare facility and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff on the assigned shift.
• Ensure staffing coverage and timely time/leave approvals.
• Lead compliance with Federal/State regulations and facility policies.
• Stay informed on nursing trends and provide educational enrichment.
• Perform activities to build morale as directed by the Director of Nursing.
