Equiliem in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Nursing Administrator to plan and develop programs that enhance patient care and staff performance. You will monitor care quality and collaborate with nurse managers to implement corrective actions.

Required: BSN, RN license, BLS, NYSED verification; 7 years’ nursing experience with 5 in supervision. Master’s degree preferred. You’ll maintain records of medication errors and counseling to support quality improvement.
